Cisco Jabber Softphone: Changing your Password

When a User's myLSU password is changed, it sometimes causes issues with using Cisco Jabber.
For PC Users:
- Click on the Gear Icon (top right) of Jabber Application.
- Select Settings.
- Select Accounts.
- Enter current myLSU password in the password field.
- Click Apply.
For Mac Users:
- Click on the Jabber Drop Down (top left of application next to Apple icon).
- Select Settings.
- Select Accounts.
- Enter current myLSU password in the password field.
- Click Apply.
NOTE: Users (both PC and Mac) may still need to reboot their computer after performing these steps.
